The first thing leaseholder will do if they are not happy with the service they are getting is to talk to their friends and neighbours about it! This is actually a great starting point as to change how the block is managed the leaseholder will need to work as a group!
There are three routes to gain management control:
- Negotiate with the Freeholder
- Buy the freehold
- Set up a Right to Manage Company
